Service & Prices
Our house service includes a weekly cleaning of your room with fresh towels, as well as fresh bed linen every two weeks. Additional costs such as heating, water, electricity, and other operating costs are included in the price.
Our monthly prices are as follows:
- Single rooms from 636,00 to 832,80 Euro for room sizes between 21 and 31 sq. m.
- Double room from 930,00 to 979,20 Euro for room sizes between 32 and 34 sq. m
In addition to the rental price it is necessary for us to collect an energy cost surcharge due to the current exceptional situation.
Our price for final cleaning is 99,00 Euro. The price for the final cleaning is due with the last instalment.
A surcharge applies for double occupancy of a single room, or triple occupancy of a double room. This is 25 % of the basic rent. A higher price is charged for stays shorter than one month. Stays of one week or more are possible.

- A deposit of 150,00 Euro is levied for a stay of one month or more.
- The radio and television licence fee is to be paid separately by the respective guest.
